A real confidence giver, where he knew exactly when to push my ability further without pushing me too much. I found his teaching was perfect, where being allowed to make mistakes and learn from them in a stress free way is something I found key to learning. I had a great experience with Yello Driving School. Jon is a really good Instructor, he is always patient with a way of teaching that suited me and allowed me to practice and learn the things i needed to know to become a safe driver and pass my 'L' test!

Jon is a fantastic instructor who has a way to make learners understand that driving is not a joke and it has to be taken seriously. He is very approachable and puts a lot of effort and energy in creating new ways of teaching. I passed both my theory and my practical tests thanks to him! I am happy to recommend him to everybody and indeed I have referred a number of friends and colleagues to Yello already!

I learnt to drive with Jon from Yello for about 6 months. He let me take control of my own learning, which made the whole experience so much easier. He was extremely easy going and put no pressure on the need to pass quickly, ensuring I was stress free and ready to take my test when the time came. Jon is always up for a laugh and i honestly believe that i wouldn't have passed first time like I did had the learning experience been handled by anybody else!

I am naturally a very nervous person, and have to take medication for that. I also have other medical complications. Jon was so understanding. I have had several bad experiences with previous Instructors. I found Jon a refreshing change. I actually ended up looking forward to lessons which was a big surprise. I learnt in a relaxed way and i was over the moon when i passed my test at my first attempt at the end of 2018.

Jon was an excellant instructor from the first phone I held with him, he knew what level I was at from me telling him scenarios from after having previous driving with another school that I didn't feel was working for me. I told him I needed to pass fast due to me accepting a new job role, he easily packed in 40 hours of intuition into 20. He juggled his personal life schedule constantly for me at short notice because I was checking cancellations to get a quick test. He never once made me feel bad for my flaws he just helped me work on them until they were completely ironed out. I finished every lesson feeling postive knowing I was going to pass because of his extensive knowledge the the ease he gets it across to you to understand. I will recommend to everyone who wants to pass!

With excellent professionalism, i'd highly recommend Yello for driving lessons in Chester. Not only is Jon a great tutor for driving but he is extremely helpful in getting the best out of you. He's majorly experienced and knows all the rules in the book. There's also a lot of personality that shows which helps to get on with him better and have a good time and a laugh at the same time as being serious when needed. Will always have a laugh now when i pass a Tesco van!!!

I'm so happy to have passed my first go at a driving test after lessons with Yello. I only picked up 2 minor driving faults which was even better. I'm the only person in my group of mates to have done so, so have major bragging rights. Thanks Jon. Couldn't have done it without all your help!
